2013 AMA Pro Road Racing “Devil’s Showdown”

Revving up for the 5th year at NJMP GEICO Motorcycle AMA Pro Road Racing “Devil’s Showdown” will be louder, stronger and faster than ever. Expect nothing but heart pounding, knee dragging and tire burning excitement during the 3-day action packed weekend. Thunderbolt Raceway, featuring 2.25 miles of asphalt, 14 challenging turns, a one half mile straightway will serve as the theater of war for the GEICO Motorcycle AMA Pro Road Racing “Devil’s Showdown”. One of the most exciting and challenging tracks on the AMA calendar, this annual two-wheel celebration draws huge crowds for a weekend full of doubleheaders in four GEICO Motorcycle AMA Pro Road Racing classes.

The action extends from the pavement to the paddock during this year’s event, as NJMP brings to you the 2nd Annual Battle of the Bands event on Friday, September 13 behind the Finish Line Pub located at the park’s clubhouse. Also, a Bikini Contest on Saturday, September 14 featuring cash and sponsor prizes along with Parade Lap and Track Walk opportunities throughout the weekend. Both events are FREE to ticket holders. The purchase of a ticket also includes access to the bikes, racers and teams in the garage area – the access fans can’t get at other motorsports parks.

The Turn 3 Party Package, located inside of the Officers Club on the back straightaway of the 2.25-mile Thunderbolt Raceway, gives ticket holders an exclusive, elevated viewing area of the action in the challenging Turn 3 section of the course, and the back straightaway where riders reach top speeds.
