Lee Brahin is the Chief Executive Officer and majority shareholder of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based Brahin Properties, Inc., which has a real estate portfolio of approximately 2 million square feet in seven states. He was also responsible for the development and financing of the New Jersey Motorsports Park project, and remains an active management partner today.
Lee became active with competition racing and performance driving in 1998, participating in the Bondurant School of high performance driving and going on that year to participate in several club driving events with Ferrari Club of North America. In 1999, Lee purchased a 1959 Elva Mark 5, participated in the Bertil Roos Driving School and went on to obtain his competition license through SVRA. Currently, Lee participates with SVRA, HGP, and the Masters Racing Series. He has totaled over 80 racing events and finished first in points in the 2005 SVRA Sprint Race series.
He drives and competes on an amateur basis purely for the love of the vehicles, their history, and for the sport.
RJ Valentine is co-managing partner of New Jersey Motorsports Park and Chairman of The MBA Group of Companies. He has been a serial entrepreneur, private equity investor, and race car driver for more than thirty years.
As an entrepreneur, Mr. Valentine has founded and built dozens of businesses in a wide range of industries, creating category leaders in diverse industries. As an investor, he recognizes potential in other entrepreneurial endeavors become an early investor in such companies as LoJack, ShotSpotter, Enforsys, and Mosquito Magnet.
Mr. Valentine has been racing cars as long as he’s been building businesses. As a racer, he has had 384 pro starts, numerous pole positions, and multiple podium finishes. In 2009, he won the Grand Am Rolex 24 hour of Daytona, driving the #67 TRG Construct Corps/CRG Porsche GT3, with teammates Andy Lally, Jörg Bergmeister, Patrick Long and Justin Marks. Given the grueling nature of the 24 hour race, it was a remarkable feat, capping a racing career of more than 35 years.

Brad Scott joined New Jersey Motorsports Park in 2009, after more than 20 years of experience managing operations in a variety of east coast sporting and entertainment facilities. Brad most recently served as a Regional Director for ARAMARK, overseeing the company’s services at Philadelphia’s Wachovia Center. During 10 years at ARAMARK, Scott’s duties covered luxury suite operations, membership, sponsorship, marketing, retail and catering responsibilities. As a Regional Director, Scott worked at a variety of ARAMARK-run facilities, including Boston’s Fenway Park and Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore. Scott’s tenure at ARAMARK was sandwiched around a five-year stint as Chief Operating Officer/GM at Riverton Country Club in Cinnaminson, N.J.
At Riverton Country Club, Scott oversaw all aspects of the club, ranging from membership growth to the club’s restaurant and catering and the overall care of the golf course.
Prior to that, Scott worked for nine years at the former Garden State Park Race Track in Cherry Hill, N.J. Scott also is a small business owner and investor in the famous Braddock’s Tavern in Medford, New Jersey.

Mark Verrastro joined the New Jersey Motorsports Park team in October 2015. He brings with him his 20+ years of experience in resort and entertainment management, specializing in outdoor recreation. Mark directly managed 2 multi-million dollar recreational facilities in the PA and NJ markets.
Mark most recently served as General Manager at Sahara Sam’s Indoor and Outdoor Waterpark during their most successful summer ever. Prior to that, Verrastro worked for 21 years at Montage Mountain Ski Resort and Waterpark, where his management skill set included operations and facility management, event planning and execution, sponsorship, sales and finance, food and beverage, and so much more. Verrastro is a passionate race fan and is excited to bring his event planning and management experience to NJMP.

Carolyn started her employment at New Jersey Motorsport Park in March 2008 as the Drivers Club Coordinator assisting our Drivers Club Membership in all track and off track activities. Beginning in 2011 Carolyn was promoted to NJMP Off-Track Director coordinating all details for racing organization and clubs. In 2013 she assumed additional roles that included Go-Karting and Battlegrounds Paintball. Starting the 2016 season, Carolyn was promoted to Director of Security and Registration, and in 2017 was promoted to the staff accountant position. She currently resides in Millville with her German Shepherd, Copper. Carolyn is also a Certified EMT.

Michael Allenbaugh – (856) 327-7217
Michael joined the New Jersey Motorsports Team in 2012 after more than 25 years of experience in construction heavy equipment and tool sales, rentals and service, as well as construction management services. Michael brings with him a skill set list that includes sales, customer service, marketing, project management, process & procedure writing, logistics, inventory management, purchase management, and fleet management.
Michael is also a life-long avid racing enthusiast with over forty years of motorsports experience spanning motocross, dirt oval modifieds and micro sprints, quarter midgets, autocross, as well as both closed and open wheeled road course racing. Michael is a long-time member of the South Jersey Region of the Sports Car Club of America, serving two years as a Solo Safety Steward, two years as the SJR Solo Program Co-Chair, four years on the SJR Race Planning Committee, and over five years as a member of the SJR Board of Directors. In 2009 Michael was presented the Stevenson Wood Memorial Award, considered to be South Jersey SCCA’s most distinguished decoration.
Michael originally hails from Punxsutawney, PA, but has been a New Jersey resident since 1988, and currently resides in Millville.

Karen Taylor originally joined New Jersey Motorsports park as one of the original staff in 2008. She worked in the registration and security department from 2008 to 2012 where she was the Security Dept. Manager. After moving to Florida for a few years, Karen returned in October of 2015 to NJ and NJMP. She is currently the Track Partner Coordinator within the Track Operations Department. Karen is the proud mother of two children and currently lives in Newport with her dog Tommy.

Justin joined New Jersey Motorsports Park in 2013, after more than 5 years of experience in the motorsports industry. Most recently, Justin served as an Operations Coordinator at zMAX Dragway assisting in the facilities event planning. Justin’s other tenures include Charlotte Motor Speedway, Foley Racing, and Island Dragway covering many responsibilities including ticket sales, sponsorship, and event planning and execution. Ashley joined the New Jersey Motorsports Park team in April 2015 as the Marketing Coordinator, assisting with all marketing strategies, creative development, and off-site activation. Beginning in 2016, she was promoted to Manager of Marketing and Communications, assuming additional responsibilities including all aspects of media relations. Starting in 2017, Ashley was promoted to Director of Marketing and Communications. Ashley attended Rowan University, graduating in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising.

As founder of the New Jersey Motorsports Park Green Flag Committee, Donald has been very instrumental in the progress of NJMP. An avid Motorsports enthusiast, he has raced motorcycles professionally for 8 years, and has owned and operated ARCA and NASCAR racing teams. Fauerbach worked as the Executive Director of the New Jersey Conference of Mayors (NJCM) beginning in 1992, leading Mayors and elevating NJCM to its current state and national leadership status. He previously worked for Wheaton Industries as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Scientific Instruments division. He graduated first in his class from Salem Technical Institute in 1967. Fauerbach currently serves on the Board of Directors of Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center and the Millville Army Air Field Museum. He also serves as Vice President of the Millville Chamber of Commerce. He resides in Maurice River Township with his wife Toni.

As the Park’s Human Resources Manager, Lori is responsible for recruiting, employee recognition and rewards programs, in addition to providing executive administrative and marketing support. Lori has a combined 16 years of administrative office and marketing experience to her credit. A native to the Cumberland County area, Lori followed the progress of the park planning and construction with anticipation and was thrilled to join the NJMP team in 2008 as one of the original staff members.

Chris Curry joined New Jersey Motorsports Park in November 2014. Chris brings more than twenty years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Chris has had significant experience in all aspects of food service. Whether it is a wedding, corporate event, or an evening out for you and your family, Chris has a strong focus on customer service and firmly believes in creating a memorable experience for each guest.
Prior to New Jersey Motorsports Park, Chris spent 10 years at Tomasello Winery in Hammonton, New Jersey as the Director of Catering. His events included opera galas, weddings, bridal expos, wine-trail weekends, wine-education classes and so much more. Before the winery, Chris spent 11 years at Medford Village Country Club in Medford New Jersey as the Food and Beverage Manager. He was responsible for all aspects of the a la carte restaurant and privately catered events for members and general public. Chris resides in Hammonton New Jersey with his wife, Jeanine and his two sons.

Paul, a Millville native, has been with New Jersey Motorsports Park since April 2008, starting as a Maintenance Department supervisor, eventually becoming Director of Maintenance in 2009. His department oversees building and grounds upkeep, in addition to track repair. Prior to his time at NJMP, Paul spent 25 years working in construction. He is happily married with three children.
