Lee Brahin is the Chief Executive Officer and majority shareholder of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based Brahin Properties, Inc., which has a real estate portfolio of approximately 2 million square feet in seven states. He was also responsible for the development and financing of the New Jersey Motorsports Park project, and remains an active management partner today.
Lee became active with competition racing and performance driving in 1998, participating in the Bondurant School of high performance driving and going on that year to participate in several club driving events with Ferrari Club of North America. In 1999, Lee purchased a 1959 Elva Mark 5, participated in the Bertil Roos Driving School and went on to obtain his competition license through SVRA. Currently, Lee participates with SVRA, HGP, and the Masters Racing Series. He has totaled over 80 racing events and finished first in points in the 2005 SVRA Sprint Race series.
He drives and competes on an amateur basis purely for the love of the vehicles, their history, and for the sport.
RJ Valentine is co-managing partner of New Jersey Motorsports Park and Chairman of The MBA Group of Companies. He has been a serial entrepreneur, private equity investor, and race car driver for more than thirty years.
As an entrepreneur, Mr. Valentine has founded and built dozens of businesses in a wide range of industries, creating category leaders in diverse industries. As an investor, he recognizes potential in other entrepreneurial endeavors become an early investor in such companies as LoJack, ShotSpotter, Enforsys, and Mosquito Magnet.
Mr. Valentine has been racing cars as long as he’s been building businesses. As a racer, he has had 384 pro starts, numerous pole positions, and multiple podium finishes. In 2009, he won the Grand Am Rolex 24 hour of Daytona, driving the #67 TRG Construct Corps/CRG Porsche GT3, with teammates Andy Lally, Jörg Bergmeister, Patrick Long and Justin Marks. Given the grueling nature of the 24 hour race, it was a remarkable feat, capping a racing career of more than 35 years.

Brad Scott joined New Jersey Motorsports Park in 2009, after more than 20 years of experience managing operations in a variety of east coast sporting and entertainment facilities. Brad most recently served as a Regional Director for ARAMARK, overseeing the company’s services at Philadelphia’s Wachovia Center. During 10 years at ARAMARK, Scott’s duties covered luxury suite operations, membership, sponsorship, marketing, retail and catering responsibilities. As a Regional Director, Scott worked at a variety of ARAMARK-run facilities, including Boston’s Fenway Park and Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore. Scott’s tenure at ARAMARK was sandwiched around a five-year stint as Chief Operating Officer/GM at Riverton Country Club in Cinnaminson, N.J.
At Riverton Country Club, Scott oversaw all aspects of the club, ranging from membership growth to the club’s restaurant and catering and the overall care of the golf course.
Prior to that, Scott worked for nine years at the former Garden State Park Race Track in Cherry Hill, N.J. Scott also is a small business owner and investor in the famous Braddock’s Tavern in Medford, New Jersey.

Steven comes to NJMP from Oakland Valley Race Park in NY where he worked for four years. He has worked at NJMP since the beginning of 2014 and is currently the karting and paintball operations manager. He also recently became a certified EMT.

A Millville native, Chris started with New Jersey Motorsports Park as a corner marshal in 2009, and joined the executive staff in 2012. He is originally from Millville, New Jersey, attending college at York College of Pennsylvania, where he graduated in 2012 with a degree in Public Relations. Previously, Chris interned with Comcast Spectacor and the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.

As founder of the New Jersey Motorsports Park Green Flag Committee, Donald has been very instrumental in the progress of NJMP. An avid Motorsports enthusiast, he has raced motorcycles professionally for 8 years, and has owned and operated ARCA and NASCAR racing teams. Fauerbach worked as the Executive Director of the New Jersey Conference of Mayors (NJCM) beginning in 1992, leading Mayors and elevating NJCM to its current state and national leadership status. He previously worked for Wheaton Industries as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Scientific Instruments division. He graduated first in his class from Salem Technical Institute in 1967. Fauerbach currently serves on the Board of Directors of Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center and the Millville Army Air Field Museum. He also serves as Vice President of the Millville Chamber of Commerce. He resides in Maurice River Township with his wife Toni.

Carolyn started her employment at New Jersey Motorsport Park in March 2008 as the Drivers Club Coordinator assisting our Drivers Club Membership in all track and off track activities. Beginning in 2011 Carolyn was promoted to NJMP Off-Track Director coordinating all details for racing organization and clubs. In 2013 she assumed additional roles that included F1 Karting and the development of the Battlegrounds Paintball Facility. She currently resides in Millville with her German Sheppard, Copper. Carolyn also recently became a Certified EMT.

Justin joined New Jersey Motorsports Park in 2013, after more than 5 years of experience in the motorsports industry. Most recently, Justin served as an Operations Coordinator at zMAX Dragway assisting in the facility’s event planning. Justin’s other tenures include Charlotte Motor Speedway, Foley Racing, and Island Dragway covering many responsibilities including ticket sales, sponsorship, and event planning and execution. Justin attended Catawba College, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in 2011.

Nancy joined the NJMP team in the spring of 2013 as The Finish Line Pub’s manager. Shortly after, she absorbed catering sales responsibility. In October of 2013, she was promoted to her current position. This role includes selling paintball and F1 Karting packages, catering, and off-track events. Nancy is a native of Vineland, New Jersey and returned to Cumberland County in the summer of 2012 after living in Florida for 17 years. During her time in the “Sunshine State”, she was employed by a leading world entertainment facility, where her training in sales and services was mentored and perfected. Nancy currently resides in Millville.

Kevin joined NJMP in 2010 after more than 10 years of experience managing venues in the food and beverage industry throughout Southern New Jersey. Prior to joining the NJMP team, Kevin was the General Manager of a local pub employed to rehabilitate the venue. After managing all areas of the restoration, the pub has become a local favorite. Prior to overseeing the pubs transformation, Kevin was the front and back of the house operations manager at Running Deer Golf Club. Kevin oversaw restaurant activity, all levels of catering, including upscale weddings and member events and the concession stand utilized by avid golfers. As the maitre d’, Kevin conducted numerous weddings paying particular attention to the bride and the groom. Throughout Kevin’s career at Running Deer Golf Club, he assisted the owners in all areas of operations. Kevin was raised in Millville, N.J., home of NJMP, and resides in Pittsgrove, NJ, married with 2 children.

As the Park’s Office and Guest Services Manager, Lori is responsible for the daily administrative functions of the NJMP Executive Office as well as managing the Guest Services Department. Lori has a combined 16 years of administrative office and marketing experience to her credit. A native to the Cumberland County area, Lori followed the progress of the park planning and construction with anticipation and was thrilled to join the NJMP team in 2008 as one of the original staff members.

Tom officially joined the New Jersey Motorsports Park team in 2012, however, was a member of the track’s Green Flag Committee since 2009, serving as co-chairman. Tom spent 35 years in the pharmaceutical packaging manufacturing industry, serving top companies and their household name brands. Most recently, Tom worked as a Director of Strategic Account Management responsible for innovative plastics technology and managed major multi-year contracts in the pediatric dosage device marketplace. Tom was raised in Cumberland County, along with the rich racing history in the area, and spent countless childhood hours in local race shops and tracks. At the conclusion of his packaging career, Tom returned to his lifelong passion of motorsports and joined the NJMP team. In addition to his current role, he builds, restores, and races vintage dirt modifieds – including iconic cars from the famous Hildreth and Tobias racing stables.
Paul Bonney – (856) 327-7226
Paul, a Millville native, has been with New Jersey Motorsports Park since April 2008, starting as a Maintenance Department supervisor, eventually becoming Director of Maintenance in 2009. His department oversees building and grounds upkeep, in addition to track repair. Prior to his time at NJMP, Paul spent 25 years working in construction. He is happily married with three children.
