The U.S. Rallycross Series returns to New Jersey Motorsports Park for the third round on Saturday, October 20th!
You have probably already seen European-style rallycross at NJMP from earlier this year, and you may have thought about trying the newest sport to land on American soil. But did you know that you already have the driving skills and the race car to enter! Other than installing mud flaps you are a step away from having the time of your life!
Rallycross is an energetic sport that blends road course and rally racing into short 4 lap heats leading to the Main Events to decide it all. It’s a compact schedule filled with action and racing. 30% of the modified Lightning course is dirt to add variety to the racing conditions, in addition to a Joker; a small detour that each driver must take once during a race.
