Master Plan

PHASE I WILL INCLUDE:

  • Two road courses – the 2.25-mile Thunderbolt Raceway and the 1.9-mile Lightning Raceway
  • F1 New Jersey karting, a 1.1-mile complex featuring eight alternative configurations
  • The Officers Club banquet facility (Thunderbolt Raceway)
  • 8 Villas at Breighton
  • 20 VIP suites and 20 VIP Garages (Thunderbolt Raceway)
  • 20 Event Garages (Thunderbolt Raceway)
  • 40 Shade Tree Garages for year round vehicle storage

PHASE II WILL INCLUDE:

  • Additional Villas at Breighton
  • The “Field of Dreams” motocross park and trails
  • Restaurants and related retail outlets
  • On-site hotel rooms
  • Research and development campus/speedplex
  • Novice driving and training programs
  • High performance racing school

PHASE III WILL INCLUDE:

  • 3/4 mile tri-oval speedplex
  • Hotel with conference center
  • Additional garages, warehouses and storage facilities
