VENDOR SPACE PRICING

    • A standard 10’x10’ space costs $100, 20′x20′ space will cost $175, and a 30′x30′ will cost $250 for all three days. Fees include one vehicle pass and one overflow vehicle pass for each space (a maximum of 2 parking passes per vendor/space)
    • Primitive camping is allowed in your vendor space. There will be no power or water available at vendor spaces.

    • You must enclose payment for spaces! If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will refund your payment immediately.
    • Please indicate your preferred spaces. Vendor request will be honored in the order applications are received. Final placement is at sole discretion of NJMP management.
    • Your payment will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation less than 10 days prior to the event. Fees charged for functions canceled based on weather conditions will be decided at the discretion of NJMP.
    • Changes and upgrades will be made on a first-come, first-served basis based on receipt of paid, completed applications only.
    •  Please feel free to call with any questions, but ALL REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING! If we have a question about your request, we will call you.
    • Under no circumstances will spaces be held or reserved without payment.

SPECIAL ENTRY FOR VENDOR SETUP

    • VENDORS WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL PRIOR TO THE EVENT. Vendor packages will be distributed at NJMP to save mailing expenses and prevent duplicate mailings.
    • All vendors MUST have a Weekend General Admission ticket to enter the Swapmeet area. Weekend General Admission tickets are available for purchase on this application for $40. A special vendor price of $35 is limited to (2) per vendor and includes (1) paddock parking pass per vendor. Additional tickets are available at a rate of $40.

GENERAL RULES AND INFORMATION

    • No underage/unlicensed motorized vehicle operators, including but not limited to motorcycles, minicycles, scooters, golf carts and ATVs are permitted.
    • Camping or vehicles are not permitted in vendor location.
    • Keep the vehicle pass in the window of your vehicle at all times. All vehicles must display window passes to enter the Swapmeet area.
    • Vendors must ensure that each member of their group has a Weekend General Admission ticket.

SETUP DETAILS

    • General vendor setup will be held Thursday, August 1st 7 p.m.- 9 p.m. or Friday, August 2nd 6 a.m. – 8 a.m. Vendors arriving outside of these hours will not be given access to the NJMP grounds for any reason whatsoever.
    • Vendors are required to stay until 3 p.m. on Sunday. If you leave before 3 p.m., you will not receive preferred/returning vendor status for next year’s event.
