Security Department →

This department within the park has career opportunities available for those who work with the park patrons answering general questions, patrolling the premises, help ensure customer safety and work maintaining park rules. Positions available are patrol, main gatehouse, and track gates. These opportunities range from part-time, full time or seasonal with opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Food & Beverage →

The Food and Beverage department at NJMP has many opportunities available for servers, bartenders, catering, and event concessions. Consisting of the Finish Line Pub, multiple concessions on property, and the Officers Club banquet space NJMP offers diverse Food & Beverage opportunities for part-time, seasonal, and full-time with growth and advancement opportunity.

Track Operations →

Offering a front row seat to the action here at NJMP and a unique combination of independence and teamwork, “Track Ops” is offering new career opportunities. We are hiring for part- and full-time positions of Flagging Marshall and Fuel Attendant, with the opportunity to advance into positions such as Tech Inspector, Race Starter, Flag Chief, Race Controller and Track Operations executive staff. Learning and utilizing new skills for most, our team works together to ensure a fun and safe experience for those attending and participating in our varied events.

Guest Services →

The Guest Services Department at NJMP consist of taking reservations and processing payments for our Suites, Villa, Garages, Electric and Camping. Selling tickets to our ticketed events using ETIX. Answering all phone calls coming into the parks main line. This opportunity is part-time, seasonal with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
